Cat Pose/Chakravakasana
3 to 10 repetitions, with your breath
As your shins press downward, lengthen and deepen your groins to raise your sitting bones and arch your lower back into a back bend. Extend your armpit-chest forward and up. With your hands and feet pressing, drop your tailbone between your legs as your belly hollows. Curl your head downward and back toward your tailbone, and expand your back body.
